What does a successful Supervisor of Project Management Teams do?
As a Supervisor of Project Management Teams at Fiserv, you will play a crucial role in supporting our tokenization services for new and existing clients. You will ensure that your team exceeds performance goals and objectives while managing the day-to-day operations with high engagement and a positive attitude. By managing projects, prioritizing tasks, and resolving issues, you will contribute to our mission of enhancing the client experience through effective problem-solving and accountability.
What you will do:
- Ensure overall team performance meets or exceeds company goals and objectives.
- Manage the performance and ongoing development of direct reports through timely coaching and positive reinforcement.
- Lead day-to-day operations for direct reports with a high level of engagement.
- Achieve and manage department goals.
- Match staffing and scheduling to meet or exceed SLAs.
- Review, maintain, create, and update procedural manuals to meet daily business requirements.
- Complete special projects and assignments as required.
- Lead, mentor, and train implementation teams.
What you will need to have:
- 5+ years of experience in EFT processing/financial industry in a project management role.
- 6+ years of leadership experience.
- High School Diploma/GED and/or equivalent military experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing or coordinating project activities.
- 5+ years of experience having team lead or supervisor responsibilities.
What would be great to have:
- 5+ years of experience in managing direct reports.
- 5+ years of experience with consumer payments, mobile wallets, and electronic payment products.
- 5+ years of client services or relationship management experience.
- 5+ years of implementations experience.
