About your role:
As a strategic and results-driven leader at Fiserv, the Director of Product Delivery will play a pivotal role in leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products and programs. What you’ll do:
- Lead and mentor a team of QA Engineers, Product Owners, and Project Managers.
- Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations across delivery teams.
- Develop and manage integrated program plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Oversee execution of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison with stakeholders including Vendor Onboarding, Cyber Risk Management, and others.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor and report on program progress, KPIs, and delivery metrics.
Experience you’ll need to have:
- 10+ years of experience in program or product delivery leadership roles.
- 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams including QA, Product, and Project Management.
- 8+ years of experience working with Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and scaled Agile frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and/or equivalent military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise-level program delivery.
- 10+ years of experience in stakeholder management and communication.
- 8+ years of experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Experience in implementing tools and frameworks for tracking team performance and delivery outcomes.
- Experience working with Fiserv systems.
