Description:You will be the Maintenance Technician for our team. Our team is responsible for installing, operating, maintaining, and repairing equipment, including integrated systems and subsystems, to ensure optimal performance.
What You Will Be Doing As the Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and technical support tasks on products such as equipment, software, and subsystems at customer and/or field locations. You will work on complex systems, including the Modernized Target Designation Sight/Pilotage Night Vision System (M-TADS/PNVS), to diagnose and resolve issues.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Performing depot-level repairs, modifications, and refurbishments of specific components
• Conducting electrical rework/repair of cable harnesses, electrical wires, and circuit card assemblies
• Operating automated test equipment and using knowledge of basic AC/DC theory to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
• Completing work according to engineering drawings, schematics, and established procedures
• Documenting work in automated maintenance data collection systems
• Performing test and checkout of mechanical, electrical, structural, and hydraulic subsystems

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:High School diploma, or equivalent experience/combined education, with additional technical training sufficient to perform preventive and demand maintenance tasks and minimum of 1 Year of experience.
Ability to lift 35 pounds.
Ability to adapt to dynamic and frequently changing customer requirements
Ability to understand policies and procedures for the control of Government property
Ability to work with hazardous materials
Ability to mix and weigh chemicals
Ability to properly safety wire assemblies and connectors
Ability to solder and repair cables and harnesses
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs
Desired Skills:Solder certification to J-STD-001, IPC-7711/IPC-7721

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
