Description:This position will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing precision measurement equipment for Metrology Service. This includes verifying paperwork information against actual equipment for accuracy, preparing shippers, tracking shipments, and data entry into the metrology database. Will be responsible for transporting items between metrology area and site shipping & receiving dock using push carts. Review Vendor Calibration certificates upon return for specific quality requirements and processing items in the Metrology Database. In addition this position will support metrology procurement activities via P-Card, including purchases equipment, parts, calibration and repair services, and/or supplies necessary for operation of an metrology. Will be responsible for getting RFQ and RMA request with various approved vendors for calibration services, providing payment, and monthly reconciliation of P-Card
Basic Qualifications:- High School diploma, or equivalent with additional specialized technical training equivalent to a technical Associate degree and/or demonstrated ability to perform assigned technical/para-engineering tasks.
- Able to routinely lift & carry in excess of 50 lbs.
- Able to stand & walk > 70% daily.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
- US citizenship required to have access to site location.
- Must be proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Desired Skills:- Prior experience working within the calibration logistic chain, (IE moving assets from here to there, with proper traceability).
- Prior experience in procurement, Exostar, SAP, P2P, etc.
- Prior experience handling electronic or physical / dimensional test and measurement equipment, ESD familiarity.
- Astute attention to detail.
- Advanced customer service/communication skills.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
