The Sr. Analyst, Digital Category Management will provide internal and external research and/or benchmarking, review/analyze customer information and other relevant data, conduct analysis, while also providing insights and recommendations within their assigned area. The Sr. Analyst will track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to ensure activities within their assigned area are meeting strategic and financial objectives. They will actively create action plans to address key opportunity areas and see said plans through to completion. The Sr. Analyst will serve as a member of a team of peers, and will be expected to help coach and develop less experienced analysts.

What You Will Do
Provides insights, competitive intelligence, and data driven recommendations to the manager of the assigned area.
Acts as project lead, conducting analysis across a variety of factors to assess business opportunities and then both creates and implements insights-based action plans to solve for identified opportunity areas.
Autonomously communicates project plans with partner teams to ensure alignment
Serves as a SME for assigned business unit, acting as a point of contact for Merchandising and Product teams
Regularly meets with and presents to Online and Core Merchants to deliver insights to guide future strategies, tactics, or activities and prioritization of category initiatives
Maintains knowledge and awareness of best practices within the company, competitors, and retail industry. Works with the manager to introduce and disseminate best practices across the organization.
Conducts analysis of potential opportunities to help inform development of divisional strategy
Works on problems of diverse scope, prioritizing opportunities across multiple projects
Works as a member of a larger team and will help coach and develop less experienced team members.
Cross functional partnership with multiple teams throughout the organization.
Acts as the voice of the customer for the digital channel with cross functional partnership with various teams throughout the organization for assigned categories
Works to close the gap with competitors and/or exceed customer expectations by executing the plan derived from identified business opportunities for a segment of the online business.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field) or equivalent experience
4-5 years relevant experience
2-4 years Ecommerce, Omni-Channel Merchandising/Marketing, Brand or Product Management Experience
