About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead AI Solutions Consultant in Consumer Technology as part of GenAI Lifecycle and Governance. The GenAI Lifecycle and Governance team plays a critical role responsible for establishing and overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle management and governance framework for Generative AI (GenAI) initiatives across the bank. In this role, you will:- Act as an advisor to senior leadership in developing a large cross functional team to identify and execute complex artificial intelligence initiatives that span a large line of business
- Provide consultation to more experienced leaders in order to recommend solutions which solve business challenges
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex challenges ensuring the solution delivers the intended benefits
- Leverage Artificial Intelligence expertise to evaluate technological readiness, data availability, and resources required to execute the proposed solutions
- Provide direction on key issues which may arise during development or implementation
- Cultivate relationships with clients to identify and develop a pipeline of future Artificial Intelligence opportunities which align with the strategic priorities of the business
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications:- 7+ years of Artificial Intelligence Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Deep expertise in risk management, governance, compliance, product management or technology leadership roles within the financial services industry
- Strong understanding of GenAI lifecycle management principles and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$144,400.00 - $300,000.00
