About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Tax Associate to join our Property Tax Team within the Indirect Tax for Leasing Business Group. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.
In this role, you will:- Perform tax accounting activities related to the preparation of federal, state and local income tax returns and the financial statement accounting for income taxes
- Prepare routine tax work papers, account reconciliations, responses to audit requests, research memos and correspondence
- Maintain records related to income tax returns and reports
- Receive direction from manager and exercise independent judgment while developing basic knowledge of federal and state tax laws, rulings, regulations and judicial decisions affecting corporations
- Collaborate and consult with peers, managers and stakeholders
Required Qualifications:- 6+ months of Corporate Tax experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Experience with filing and paying personal property taxes
- Proficient in Excel - ability to utilize VLOOKUP's, macros, and run large data set analysis
- InfoLease experience
- SQL or Database knowledge
- Experience using PTMS (Property Tax Made Simple) for data import and export
Job Expectations:- This position may be located at one of the posted locations listed below and other locations will not be considered.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule, three (3) days in office and two (2) days remote.

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$25.48 - $41.83
