Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Mid-Level Systems Engineering, Integration & Test (SEIT) Integrated Product Team (IPT) Manager to support the Commercial Engine Replacement Program (CERP) in Oklahoma City, OK. This leadership role is critical in managing the development, design, and delivery of new and updated systems on the B-52 aircraft, ensuring alignment with program milestones and strategic objectives.

Position Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage employees responsible for business management activities including cost, schedule, and on-time delivery of SEIT deliverables supporting program milestones.
- Develop, execute, and continuously improve project and process plans; implement policies and procedures; and set clear operational goals.
- Drive continuous process improvements and establish Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) goals and improvement plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports to foster collaboration and alignment.
- Manage, develop, and motivate team members to achieve program objectives and promote a high-performance culture.
- Develop and manage Control Accounts, Quality by Designs (QBDs), discrete and Level of Effort (LOE) Basis of Estimates (BOEs), Remote Inputs/Outputs (RIOs), by-name analyses, and variance analyses using Earned Value Management (EVM) and Cost Account Manager (CAM) best practices.
- Own the business execution for SEIT program responsibilities, ensuring accountability for program delivery.
- Present program status and plans to both internal and external leadership, effectively communicating risks, issues, and progress.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. Occasional business travel and off-shift support will be required as necessary.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science from an accredited course of study, in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), computer science, data science, mathematics, physics, chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
- 3+ years of Program Management experience, including scheduling and Cost Account Manager (CAM) Earned Value Management (EVM).
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with U.S. Government customers.
- 3+ years of experience in production, modification, and/or conversion of airplanes.
- Experience developing and integrating strategic projects and initiatives to meet business goals.
- Experience leading a team of project managers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, facilitate, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for building strong, people-focused organizations with the ability to define, build, execute, and measure success against enterprise vision.
- Proficient in project management tools and best practices.
- Excellent communications skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of management, customers, and partners.
- Master of Science in an engineering discipline.
- Previous management experience.
- Ability to build a safe environment of inclusion, transparency, and trust.
- Leadership skills to lead and influence positive outcomes.
- Previous experience in leading, mentoring, and engaging individuals and teams.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $144,500 - $195,500
