As a Supply Chain Operations Support Intern at Lowe’s, you’ll gain exposure to the systems, processes, and strategies that keep products moving efficiently from suppliers to stores and customers. You’ll partner with supply chain leaders to analyze data, improve processes, and support projects that enhance operational performance. From monitoring logistics performance to helping streamline inventory flows, you’ll play a part in building a supply chain that powers one of the largest home improvement retailers in the world. This role is ideal if you’re curious about how supply chain networks function at scale and want to develop hands-on skills in operations, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
Summer Internship Program

Do Your Best Work in Mooresville

What You Will Learn
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics and operations.
- Support cross-functional projects that improve transportation, warehousing, and inventory flow.
- Gain exposure to demand planning, distribution strategies, and network optimization.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance accuracy, speed, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with technology teams on systems that support supply chain visibility and decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management, business, industrial engineering, or related field.
- Expected graduation dates of December 2026 or May 2027.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- Proficient in MS Office programs (specifically in Power Point, Excel and data analysis tools).
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, problem solving, analytical, organizational, communication and presentation skills.
- Relevant internship or experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, data analytics or project management is a plus.
- Experience in a leadership position at work or within a campus organization.
