Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Export Management Operations department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to support Toyota Motor North America (TMNA) Export cross functional operation.
Reporting to the Export Management Operations Manager, the person in this role will support the Export Management Operations department objective to ensure on-time launches of new export vehicle launches and annual renewals, provide customer support and resolution of escalated export issues, and support integration of export processes into established TMNA structures.
What you’ll be doing
- Create and manage project plans to launch TMNA export vehicles
- Coordinate and run weekly meetings in support of export launches, ongoing accessory management and monthly export ordering process (includes working with Toyota international representatives)
- Provide strategic planning support to the management team
- Provide support for accessory sales and coordination for overseas distributors
- Provide administrative support for various export operations, Vehicle Ordering, Logistics, Legal, Trade Compliance, Accessories, Vehicle Supply, Quality, and Toyota Motor Corporation
- Provide support and resolution of escalated export issues that require a TMNA One-Voice response
What you bring
Bachelor's degree (or higher) or equivalent professional experience
Project management experience, specifically working with international audiences
Communicating effectively cross-organizationally both in writing and verbally
Communicating and negotiating with diverse groups and international teams
Work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment with changing priorities
Organize large amounts of information in a fast-paced environment
Make decisions quickly based on Toyota policies
Troubleshoot, gain consensus, solve problems and provide proposals/solutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel (pivot tables, charts, and graphs)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Power Point (presentations)
