Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and update programs to create a comprehensive team member engagement experience aligned with APi’s objectives and culture.
Analyze engagement surveys and people data, providing insights and recommendations to business leaders and talent partners.
Provide program leadership and project management for the Annual Engagement Survey and the Great Places to Work Survey, ensuring meaningful outcomes.
Develop strategic engagement plans in consultation with talent partners, tailored to business needs.
Create and execute internal communications strategies for team member engagement—leveraging social media, videos, and internal campaigns—in partnership with Marketing & Communications.
Lead APi’s annual leadership awards program, overseeing all aspects from nomination through celebration.
Provide consultation and guidance to supervisors and senior leaders on people-first leadership practices, particularly in response to survey feedback.
Champion APi’s core culture and values by leading the Culture Crew and embedding them into daily interactions and communications.
Manage third-party partnerships and initiatives related to measuring culture and engagement.
Work closely with Talent Leaders, Marketing, and cross-functional partners to integrate engagement, inclusion, and recognition practices across the team member lifecycle.
Manage the survey platform and collaborate on lifecycle surveys, action planning, and resource support for users and supervisors.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree.
5+ years of professional work experience in HR, HR communications, HRIS, data analytics, organizational behavior, or a related field.
Experience developing internal global or cross-functional programs.
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience specifically in HR measurement, analytics, and survey work.
Demonstrated project and program management experience.
Experience creating internal and external company communications for diverse audiences.
Proven ability to determine methods and procedures on new assignments and coordinate activities across teams.
Strong collaboration skills with a track record of building cross-functional partnerships.
Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to deliver messages effectively to connect with diverse audiences.
Role reports to VP of Talent
Benefits and Compensation:
This role will be based out of our New Brighton office. The pay range is $86,100 - $129,100, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
