Job Summary
The Comcast Business HQ PMO team is a collaborative partner focused on aligning the organization to deliver strategic programs that drive business growth. The Financial Analytics and Reporting leader will provide strategic insights, financial tracking, and performance transparency across the program portfolio to support informed decisions and successful execution. This role combines strategic oversight, data-driven analysis, and operational excellence to enable enterprise-wide delivery.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Develops and maintains dashboards and reporting frameworks to track KPIs, program health, resource utilization, and financial performance.
Provides oversight for program budgets and spend tracking to include oversight of SOW approvals, leveraging Beeline, Oracle Fusion and Smartsheet tools.
Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities across portfolios.
Translates data into actionable insights for executive leadership
Effectively sets standards and data requirements for consistent reporting.
Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy.
Tracks status of all strategic projects and programs.
Works with partners to identify KPIs and ways of tracking expected program return on investment.
Works with other organizations to continuously improve business processes.
Develops and ensures adherence to PMO policies, process and procedures. Oversees the development, training and performance management of PMO staff, establishing best practices and performance goals.
Provides leadership and direction to staff including non-exempt, exempt and management professionals.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
