What does a successful Finance Manager, Clover Data Analytics do?
A successful Finance Manager, Clover Data Analytics, will have a prominent seat at the table of the greater Clover team in driving the direction of the business and recommending processes and initiatives to drive financial profitability for the long term. will deliver Financial Planning and Analysis to support the business, addressing challenges, fostering growth, and driving continuous improvement in the processes and tools that enhance our operations.

What you will do:
- Duties include supporting the month end close, forecasting, business reviews, long-range planning, and annual planning.
- Support the planning and forecasting processes for the division in a manner that engages divisional management in a truly collaborative, well-planned effort that drives ownership.
- Proactively work to develop and expand financial reporting to deliver “next level” analysis and insights into financial results
- Serve as a bridge between decision-makers and the data needed to provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operational teams to proactively gather requirements, develop metrics, instrument features, and deploy monitoring tools to measure performance
- Design, develop, own, and maintain data flows across a constellation of data sources and systems
- Use SQL and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Sigma, BI) to create data visualizations that enable teams to make data-driven decisions quickly and easily
- Conduct in-depth analyses using statistical techniques to uncover insights into the factors that drive product performance
What you will need to have:
- 4+ years of Finance/Accounting experience
- Experience in SQL
- Experience in business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Sigma, Power BI
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
What would be great to have:
- Experience in the payments industry
- Experience SAP, Oracle, Essbase software
- Experience in analysis, data analysis, data visualization, statistical data mining, and/or data science
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with large amounts of data
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with proven ability to respond flexibly to changing priorities.

- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
