About your role:
As a Technical Business Analyst supporting our Signature Bank Platform, you will play a critical role in loan-related initiatives by performing detailed requirements analysis, work hand in hand with developers helping them with loan processes and conducting user acceptance testing to ensure our solutions meet client and regulatory needs. This role demands a strong understanding of all aspects of loans—including origination, underwriting, servicing, and compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, providing leadership and guidance while serving as a subject matter expert in loan operations.
What will you do:
- Collaborate with Financial Institution clients to define and document software requirements and customization requests specific to loan workflows within the Signature application
- Analyze and troubleshoot loan-related issues in Signature, coordinating with development, QA, and product teams to implement effective solutions
- Develop detailed business requirements and programming specifications to support loan enhancements and customizations across origination, servicing, and reporting modules
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Signature Core and loan functionality during development phases, mentoring team members and ensuring alignment with client needs
- Validate loan-related functionality in Signature through testing and support clients with installation, configuration, and deployment
- Contribute to continuous improvement by enhancing documentation and streamlining processes related to loan implementations and Signature platform usage
What you will need to have:
- 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis
- 4+ years of experience in gathering requirements, documenting processes, and working with development teams to create functional specifications
- Deep knowledge in loan servicing/processing systems and support
- Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent military experience
