We are hiring an experienced Senior Manager to lead the development and implementation of Organizational Change Management (OCM) related toolsets and capabilities.
What You Will Be Doing:
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying innovative solutions that enable the organization to effectively manage change and drive business outcomes. This role will leverage key technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and SAP Walk Me Digital Adoption Platform to drive digital transformation and enhance user experience. Your key responsibilities will include the following:
OCM Toolsets and Capabilities Development:
• Designing, developing, and implementing OCM toolsets and capabilities that support organizational change initiatives, including change management, training, and communication
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business requirements and define solution scope, goals, and deliverables
• Developing and maintaining a roadmap for OCM toolsets and capabilities, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic objectives
AI-Enabled Solutions:
• Exploring and implementing AI-powered solutions to enhance OCM capabilities, such as predictive analytics, natural language processing, and machine learning
• Collaborating with data scientists and analysts to develop and integrate AI-driven insights into OCM toolsets and capabilities
SAP Walk Me Digital Adoption Platform:
• Leading the implementation and configuration of SAP Walk Me Digital Adoption Platform to support user adoption and proficiency with SAP systems
• Developing and maintaining a center of excellence for SAP Walk Me, ensuring best practices and standards are applied across the organization
Change Management and Adoption:
• Developing and executing change management strategies to support the adoption of new toolsets and capabilities, including training, communication, and stakeholder engagement
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure that OCM toolsets and capabilities meet business requirements and are adopted effectively
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
• Leading a team of OCM professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure the team's success
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of OCM toolsets and capabilities
Metrics and Reporting:
• Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of OCM toolsets and capabilities
• Providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, including recommendations for improvement and optimization

Basic Qualifications:
• Proven leadership skills with experience leading large teams and driving business impact
• Demonstrated ability to hire, retain, and develop key talent
• Experience leading challenging change management assignments and driving transformation
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with ability to effectively engage senior leadership and large groups
• Ability to craft a vision, develop a strategic plan, and drive execution to achieve business outcomes
• Forward-thinking, growth-oriented, and able to thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment with virtual teams
• Understanding of transformation objectives and ability to align future-state processes with business outcomes
• US Citizenship required due to system access requirements
Desired Skills:
• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that enhance the end-user experience
• Experience with implementing digital adoption platforms, such as WalkMe
• Certification in Organizational Change Management, such as Prosci or ACMP
• Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and human-centered design methodologies

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $158,800 - $275,195. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $138,100 - $243,455. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
