What you’ll Do:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Digital Integrations Product Manager to drive the vision and execution of our Integrations Partnerships product, playing a critical role in enabling seamless interoperability between our B2B eCommerce platform, ERP and external business software partners' systems. This role is deeply technical and requires strategic thinking, strong collaboration skills, and experience delivering scalable integration solutions that support both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Your data-informed approach, customer-centric focus, ability to collaborate across disciplines, and navigate a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a maturing digital product team.
Roadmap and Strategy:
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Lead with empathy, fostering alignment, influencing without authority, and balancing competing stakeholder needs with transparency and care.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Architecture, UX Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Partners to ensure robust, secure, and scalable API and integration solutions.
Product Development:
Collaborate with business stakeholders, Engineering, and UX Design to identify a solution that is viable, feasible, and desirable.
Coordinate sprint planning, refinement, and participate in retrospectives, demos, and user acceptance testing to ensure continuous delivery of incremental value.
Data-Driven Approach:
Rigorously prioritize ideas, features, and improvements utilizing Product Management frameworks (RICE, WSJF, Value/Effort) to ensure we’re delivering value to our business and customers.
What we look for:
Deep experience working with CRM platforms and SaaS ecosystems, including understanding of data models, APIs, and workflows.
Data-informed approach with experience in analyzing user behavior data in tools such as Google Analytics, Pendo, Power BI, Mixpanel, etc.
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, authentication protocols (OAuth2), and system integrations.
