Duties
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and optimize outreach efforts.
- Increase sales by fostering strong partnerships with retailers, convenience stores, and small businesses.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in technology or B2B environments.
- Strong skills in account management, territory management, and direct sales techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) for tracking leads and managing customer relationships.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Work Environment: Out in the field / on the road.
