What does a successful Senior Financial Analyst do?
We are looking for an emerging Senior Financial Analyst to develop and deliver Fiserv solutions that enhance client satisfaction. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally within an environment that values and rewards intelligence, innovation, and leadership. This position will support the creation of financial and operational tools essential for monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, planning, and reporting for the Issuer Solutions business.
What you will do:
- Achieve deliverables for monthly, quarterly, annual and multi-year strategic planning/forecasting cycles.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and develop robust financial models to support business decisions.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment on financial planning and budgeting, including Portfolio Management and Business Unit Finance teams.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic financial plans.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis.
What you will need to have:
- 3+ years of Finance or Accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
What would be great to have:
- Experience using portfolio tools (e.g. Clarity, Jira, etc.)
- Experience driving process improvement.
- Strong organizational skills, in particular, an attention to detail and the ability to prepare a variety of financial reports in a timely and effective manner.
- Ability to examine and verify financial documents and reports. Proficient at analyzing, interpreting, and succinctly synthesizing large amounts of financial data.

- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

- This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.
