What you will do:
- Lead and manage the production control team to achieve operational excellence.
- Develop and implement production control strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze production performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless production processes.
- Manage and optimize file transmission systems for secure and efficient data transfer.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
What you will need to have:
- 8+ years of experience in production control strategies, policies, and procedures.
- 8+ years of experience with file transmission systems and ensuring secure and efficient data transfer.
- 8+ years of experience utilizing Appworx for scheduling and automation of production tasks.
- 8+ years of experience presenting reports on production performance to senior management.
- College degree in Computer Science or an equivalent degree and/or equivalent military experience

- 10+ years of experience managing and leading production control teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- 10+ years of experience troubleshooting and resolving production issues while ensuring seamless coordination with various departments.
