What does a successful Director HR Technology do at Fiserv?
As a Director HR Technology you will be responsible for leading the strategic planning, development, and management of human resource information systems to align with Fiserv’s business objectives. Your leadership will ensure the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of HR data systems, driving strategic HR initiatives and optimizing system performance. You will collaborate with various teams and oversee the implementation of advanced HR technology solutions.
What you will do:
Mentor and lead a team of HR Technology professionals.
Lead cross functional projects in the development and maintenance of HR systems.
Oversee the implementation and integration of HR software solutions.
Evaluate and recommend enhancements to existing HR systems and processes.
Develop and maintain comprehensive HR Technology documentation and user guides.
Provide advanced technical support and training to HR staff and end-users.

What you will need to have:
8+ years of experience in HR Technology
8+ years of experience with Workday and other HR Technology platforms such as SAP, or Oracle
4+ years of experience leading teams
4+ years of experience in HR software implementation
4+ years of experience in system integration
4+ years of experience with SQL or other database management systems
4+ years of experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or Tableau
8+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience
What would be great to have:
Workday certifications
Experience with cloud-based HR solutions
Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
Familiarity with data privacy regulations
Proficiency in system configuration and customization
