What does a successful Account Manager do? As an Account Manager at Fiserv, you will be the primary point of contact for resolving both internal and external issues, ensuring smooth operational support for our valued clients. You will support high-revenue Commercial Mid-Market portfolios, drive process improvements, and play a crucial role in project management, system enhancements, implementations, and certifications. What you will do:
- Support high-revenue Commercial Mid-Market portfolio in partnership with Relationship Manager.
- Resolve both internal and external issues as the primary point of contact.
- Perform operational support tasks including account maintenance, project support, system enhancements, and certifications.
- Implement product solutions and manage alert/communications, association releases, regulatory changes, and equipment/software.
- Liaise with third parties and support new business initiatives.
- Conduct financial audits and analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Engage and initiate process improvements to enhance operational efficiencies and cost savings.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.
- 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within the industry.
- 4+ years of experience in project management using Agile methodologies.
- 4+ years of experience with financial audits and analysis.
- 4+ years of experience in implementing product solutions.
What would be great to have:
- 4+ years of experience in relationship management.
- 4+ years of experience with customer support policies, standards, and procedures.
- 4+ years of experience in account management within the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of Original First Data’s products, platforms, systems, and operational areas.
- Certifications in relevant areas such as PMP or ITIL.
