Cummins Behavioral Health Systems is seeking an experienced human resource professional for a key position as Entry Level Human Resources Generalist with remote work options.
Job Summary:
The Entry Level Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing Human Resources related duties in the following functional areas: Employee relations, corporate training program, benefits administration, performance management, policy implementation, recruitment, employment law compliance, maintain credentialing/privileging files, and ensure that all activities are in adherence with the Corporate Compliance Program at Cummins Behavioral Health Systems, Inc.
Essential Functions:
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and federal, state, and local legislation pertaining to human resources and ensure policies, procedures and practices are in line with newest requirements and trends.
- Assist in the development and administration of human resources related policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all human resources related federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other staff members to coordinate staff development, competency-based training, and performance management for the organization.
- Assist in the compilation and evaluation of HR related reports, data, and analytics in relation to established department and organizational goals and recommend continual improvement, as necessary.
- Provide employee relations and human resources policy guidance to supervisors.
- Develop training content (handouts, quick reference cards, guides, post training survey etc).
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required to support the efficient operation of the department and achievement of organizational goals.

Education and/or Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field (or equivalent of experience)
