The Boeing Company is seeking a Support Integration Specialist (Entry-Level or Associate) to support Boeing Global Services in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This individual will sit on a team of project managers that support multiple platforms including F-15 and F/A-18.
Position Responsibilities
Manages, monitors, and integrates product/ program lifecycle support activities to include support system analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training maintenance/modifications, support equipment and facilities
Manages and monitors support engineering data development
Establishes support requirements, costs, technical objectives, definitions, statement of work break-down, reports, master schedule, program implementation and integration plans in accordance with contract requirements
Coordinates and gathers data for estimates in support of proposal activities
Develops processes and coordinates activities to ensure technical data and procedures are documented and current
Conducts presentations, status reviews, and monitors execution of support programs
Reviews program and engineering change proposals and assesses product support impact
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience with Manufacturing Processes
Experience with the Supplier Management System
Experience with budget, costs, and project execution
Project Management Experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
(Level 2): 1+ years of higher education and/or related work experience. (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.)
Experience with Earned Value Management
Experience interpreting engineering drawings and other technical packages

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Entry-Level (Level 1): $56,950 - $77,050
Summary pay range for Associate Level (Level 2): $68,850 - $93,150
