We’re seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Manager/Developer to lead the optimization of our Salesforce environment, build custom tools, integrate external systems, and implement AI-powered solutions to improve efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and custom APIs.
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation to meet evolving business needs.
- Build and optimize custom Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics tools to drive operational insights.
- Develop and manage integrations with EHR/EMR systems for seamless patient scheduling workflows.
- Implement AI-driven tools and automations to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with operations, scheduling, and executive teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce and CRM-related issues quickly and effectively.
- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, platform enhancements, and emerging CRM technologies.
- Provide training, documentation, and support for internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred, not required with strong experience).
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with deep expertise in APEX, LWC, and Salesforce Reporting/Analytics.
- Proven track record in EHR/EMR integration and healthcare-related systems.
- Strong programming background (Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar).
- Experience implementing AI-powered solutions within Salesforce (preferred).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and API integration.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work on-site part-time for effective collaboration.
