What you’ll do
- Gain hands-on experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
- Lead or support process improvement projects to enhance quality and efficiency
- Investigate failed batches to identify root causes and recommend solutions
- Participate in 5S initiatives to improve workplace organization and safety
- Assist with Non-Conforming Material (NCM) management and documentation
