Job Description
The Manager of Canada Digital Sales will be a key member of the Digital Distribution organization, driving increased revenue through Do It Yourself/Do it Together (DIY/DIT). He/she will lead sales teams focused on significantly growing the company’s digital acquisition of customers, by delivering clear objectives that ensure our customers benefit from new technologies.
The successful candidate will establish a culture of excellence as they drive the rapid adoption of all digital tools for sellers, as well as processes that support the DIY/DIT customer experience.
Essential Functions:
Increase customer acquisition and revenue in all Canadian direct and referral channels, including elavon.ca, Costco Canada, associations, technical partners and others
Increase IYNB revenue, understanding ongoing triggers and impacts, focusing on long term objectives rather than short term gains
Coach and develop sellers to build knowledge and understanding of all Canadian sales channels and drive top performance
Establish KPIs, measurement and digital reporting to drive success, utilizing Salesforce, Service Cloud, Microsoft teams and other tools
Lead multiple projects from concept to completion, and influencing stakeholders to ensure timelines are met
Understand Elavon’s competitive position and recommend programs to further payments products, digital services and strategic objectives
Basic Qualifications
Specifications/Experience
An ability to lead cross-functional projects and interact at all levels with diverse roles including engineers, business partners and executive leadership
Prior experience and solid understanding of payment industry and its current evolution both domestically and cross border
Ability to set KPIs and motivate individual contributors to achieve them
Analytical, with ability to interpret large amounts of data to identify trends, issues, and measure revenue impact of activities
Clear written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong relationship building skills coupled with the ability to generate consensus and support for new approaches and initiatives
Lead efforts to improve sales force execution and drive organic sales and revenue growth.
Talent management; recruiting, succession planning, career development
Strong Salesforce knowledge and utilization with vision for reporting metrics tracking and customer acquisition and experiences via the tool
Strong commercial acumen – excellent handle on revenue management and forecast
Experience running and managing teams in a call center environment
Understanding of SaaS sales and revenue models preferred
Previous management experience (at least 1-2 years) highly desired but not required
