The Facilities & Construction Analyst III is responsible for all aspects of our corporate real estate and office facility construction. This role will coordinate with customers to ascertain needs, identify problems, and apply business expertise to design, and/or create solutions!

Facilities & Construction Analyst III
Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Develops, reviews, and carries out project proposals/plans to identify time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects
- Negotiates contracts to ensure standards for quality within prescribed budget
- Solicits, evaluates, and negotiates vendor proposals for project recommendations
- Maintains, updates project documents, prepares, and presents reports to reflect current project information
- Monitors projects to identify barriers, resolve issues, and make contingency plans
- Consults with management and project team to ensure an understanding of strategic architecture and infrastructure initiatives for a project
- Supervises the planning, design, bidding and building of company space, including both remodel and new construction
- Develops schedules for the buildout of space along with coordinating and addressing issues that may arise
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:

- May be required to travel between Williams locations with occasional overnight stays
Other Requirements:
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
- Preferred: PMP certification or Certified Facility Manager (CFM)
- Preferred: CAD proficiency
Facilities & Construction Analyst II
As Facilities & Construction Analyst II, you’ll identify needs and requirements for field operating areas and collaborate with field management teams to coordinate, facilitate and lead all aspects of construction related projects on behalf of real estate and facilities. You will connect and communicate with others related to project decisions to promote teamwork and alignment. The ability to network and build relationships to complete sophisticated tasks and solve complicated problems are keys to success!
Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Consults with customers to ascertain needs, identify problems, and apply business expertise/technical knowledge to design and build solutions
- Develops and maintains partnerships with leaders to implement strategic facility practices; communicating regularly with to keep all business partners informed
- Develops and implements project proposals/plans
- Negotiates contracts with internal and external partners
- Solicits and evaluates vendor proposals for project recommendations to determine feasibility and monitor performance
- Maintains project documents; prepares and presents reports to leaders
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
- Required: High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of four (4) years' related experience
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in construction or facilities management and a minimum of four (4) years' experience, with at least one year of facilities related experience; PMP or CFM Certifications
Other Requirements:
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Needs proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
- Preferred: Construction related background
