We are looking for a talented Accountant to join our team specializing in Finance for our Fletcher NC location.

RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Accounting Expertise: Analyze, record, and report accounting transactions promptly to ensure accurate financial representation and compliance.
- General Ledger Management: Prepare precise general ledger entries and perform thorough account reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
- Audit Responsiveness: Address inquiries from management, internal and external auditors, and Sarbanes-Oxley audit teams with clarity and professionalism.
- Financial Reporting: Support special reporting requests by delivering timely, accurate, and well-documented financial data.
- Confidentiality: Uphold the organization’s value by safeguarding sensitive financial and operational information.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate meticulousness in financial documentation and reconciliation to prevent errors and ensure consistency.
- Regulatory Awareness: Understand and apply relevant financial regulations and internal controls to maintain compliance and mitigate risk.
- Communication Skills: Effectively convey financial insights and respond to stakeholder inquiries with clarity, precision, and discretion.
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
Experience:
Minimal relevant professional work experience in the field of study required.
