Compensation: $38-40k Annually
We are currently seeking a hard-working, dedicated Facilities Coordinator to join our innovative and passionate team.
Responsibilities:
As part of the Facilities team, must be able to clearly communicate and closely work with Rate’s Business Services Team, Workplace Services, and in-house construction teams on supporting departmental and company goals.
Completes day-to-day tasks associated with Facilities Team. This includes, but isn’t limited to,
Maintaining a clean work environment, inside and outside of offices
Stocking and distributing offices supplies
Minor fixes for plumbing, lighting and general handyman responsibilities
Daily mail sorting and distribution
Stocking and maintenance of vending machines
Supporting events team with prep and cleaning up after company events
Moving furniture between offices and storage space
Maintaining 3 rd floor event space and the Rate Roof Deck
Completes supply orders and delivery of supplies for HQ and nearby offices
Assists with Guaranteed Rate’s employee moves at Rate headquarters offices and satellite locations
Minimum Requirements:
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects at the same time
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Must be able read and understand simple furniture plans
