What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate and dispatch delivery vehicles to meet customer demands efficiently
- Communicate with drivers and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Monitor delivery schedules and adjust routes as needed to optimize performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service issues and improve logistics
What Are We Looking For
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with dispatching software and basic computer systems
- Commitment to safety, accuracy, and customer service
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
- Preferred Bi-lingual
