ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a talented, motivated Marketing Specialist to join the Life Science Solutions marketing and sales enablement team. This role will support LSS’s core vertical markets – biosciences and healthcare, helping to build brand reputation and awareness and driving customer acquisition. The ideal candidate is adept at navigating a cross-functional and matrixed organization, has strong abstraction skills and is comfortable navigating ambiguous problems, and is willing to stretch themselves to understand complex market and business dynamics.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Event Management: Provide planning and implementation for events, including managing event logistics, registration and booth, asset management, pre- and post-event marketing, submitting speaking abstracts, and evaluating event efficacy and success.
- Customer Experience Center: Support registration, communication, asset management, and planning.
- Budget Management: Monitor marketing financial spend and expense control through tracking, analyzing, and reconciling monthly spend-to-budget.
- Campaign Support: Enable digital, email, and account-based marketing (ABM) campaign delivery by supporting in-house and agency resources, generating commercial target lists, reporting metrics, and providing competitor intelligence insights.
- Work in partnership with internal Brand and Content, Marketing Solutions, as well as external agencies, to produce high quality, professional marketing outputs and support brand compliance within LSS teams.
- Internal Communications: Support internal communications cadence and format and deliver ongoing internal communications in coordination with Sales Enablement leader.
- Content Development: Support customer experience, coordinate production requirements with third-party or internal resources, and drive the delivery of compelling inbound and outbound content for audiences.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business-related field
- 1-4 years of marketing experience preferred
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-starter with strong bias for action
- Detail oriented and data-driven
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with MS Excel, Adobe products, Wrike, Dynamics, and Salesforce preferred
LOCATION & TRAVEL
- This position is a hybrid role based in Noblesville, IN.
- Up to 20% travel
This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.
Base Pay Range: $ 63,000-83,000
Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, and geographic location where the work is performed.
