Job Description:
Senior support individual contributor that executes tasks that are typically not routine by guiding others. Provides support to Immunology team by applying expertise in impactful selling skills, execution and consistent sales results. Conducts sales and related sales support activities for all products and applications. Provides prospective customers with all the information they need to make a well-informed decision about products and services. Attends trade shows and other industry events to stay apprised of the most recent information.
Helps review sales data for assigned Immunology products within a specific geographic area.
Utilizes analytics and insights-based approach to effectively drive sales results.
Develops deep product and related disease knowledge to compliantly engage in in-depth clinical dialogue with healthcare professionals.
Delivers branded sales messages and key customer insights/trends for colleagues and stakeholders.
Maintains contact with all prospects or newly converted customers, and provides support to medical personnel and other key stakeholders.
Communicates with internal and external contacts to help service and manage accounts, including: ensuring product access, resolving/triage reimbursement issues, and maintaining product contracts.
Helps with maintenance of sales equipment and promotional materials to ensure proper condition and uses them to support territory efforts.
