Overview
The Account Supervisor oversees cleaning operations within a designated department of an active semiconductor construction site, managing lead workers and front-line staff. This role ensures operational efficiency, meets customer service expectations, and enforces compliance with all company safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Pay: up to $25.00/hr
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on the applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
401(k) – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute. Your contributions and match are immediately vested.

Key Responsibilities:
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and manage a team of cleaning personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance oversight.
• Promote a safe and secure work environment while fostering employee development through ongoing training initiatives.
• Direct and monitor all cleaning operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met within the assigned department or area.
• Respond to client staffing adjustments, accommodating increases or reductions as needed.
• Identify and resolve issues related to service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify that cleaning tasks meet established cleanliness and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including labor hours, materials used, and incident reports.
• Ensure effective scheduling and time management across all cleaning activities.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and disciplinary action to staff in accordance with company policies.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and ABM team members.
• Adhere to all safety and security protocols established by the company, clients, and regulatory agencies.
• Serve as a professional role model for the team, demonstrating integrity and leadership.
• Enforce company policies regarding employee conduct, issuing verbal and written warnings as necessary, and recommending progressive disciplinary actions to management.
• Support departmental success by performing additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English, with fluent reading, writing, and speaking abilities
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to train, lead, and develop team members effectively
• High energy and a strong commitment to delivering quality service
• 1–2 years of experience supervising personnel in an operational setting
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or active construction environment is highly preferred
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Korean teams, whether based in the U.S. or Korea, fostering strong cross-cultural partnerships.
• Flexible availability, including the ability to work holidays and weekends as needed
• Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines, operating procedures, and policy manuals
• Strong active listening skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard computer applications
WORKING CONDITIONS
Conditions may require walking, stooping, climbing, pushing, pulling, heavy lifting (less than or equal to 35 pounds), bending, working in awkward positions handling equipment and materials. Employees will be required to wear protective clothing and/or respiratory equipment when conditions warrant.
In order to operate a vehicle at the customer’s site, employees must obtain an ABM drivers permit per the ABM Drivers Safety MVR registration program. This policy checks for a valid State ID along with a citation background check, and those with high risk driving habits will need additional driver education in order to obtain the permit. Employees who operate company vehicles must consistently meet the requirements of the Facility Vehicle Safety Program.
