Job Description
This role will be based in San Francisco or Sunnyvale.

In this role, you will play a key role in how we plan, communicate, and execute across the Product organization. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff to LinkedIn’s Chief Product Officer, you will work closely with the product executive team and cross-functional partners to drive alignment, operational excellence, and clear execution.
You will design and refine the processes that keep our product organization running smoothly, from planning cycles to information flows. You will be immersed in our product priorities and play a central role in communicating them to the product organization and beyond. By leveraging AI and automation tools, you will streamline workflows, reduce manual overhead, and create scalable systems that improve visibility and coordination. Your ability to bring order to complexity will ensure teams spend less time navigating processes and more time delivering impact. This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to complexity, and is passionate about building systems that drive alignment and speed.

Responsibilities:
- Own and drive key product operating rhythms that enable clarity, accountability, and high-quality execution across the org.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align on priorities and drive execution of business-critical initiatives.
- Create and manage communications that distill product and business priorities into clear, compelling updates for leadership, teams, and stakeholders.
- Deeply entrenched in our product priorities, surfacing insights, connecting dots across workstreams, and helping to navigate ambiguity.
- Develop and maintain high-quality templates, tools, and artifacts that drive alignment and consistency across teams.
- Support talent-focused programs such as onboarding and mentorship, helping foster a strong culture and smooth team operations.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and communication flows to enable better outcomes and faster decision-making.
- Champion an AI-forward mindset by experimenting with automation and tools that help scale execution and reduce manual overhead.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in product management, business operations, program management, or a similar function in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a Technology related field, or equivalent experience.

- Trusted Cross-Functional Partner: Able to build relationships, comfortable working across levels, from ICs to senior product leaders, to gather insights, unblock ambiguity, and connect dots across the org.
- Responsiveness & Bias for Action: Understands the urgency and pace of product work. Known for prompt follow-through and quick, thoughtful responses that keep momentum high.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $166,000 to $271,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
