The Senior Manager of Analysis & Assessment will lead the Denver Mission Integration Analysis and Assessments team and serve as the Denver site lead. This role involves overseeing the planning and execution of mission and system-of-systems analysis and assessment work for the Space business area, covering a range of activities and programs at multiple security levels.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Denver Mission Integration Analysis and Assessments team and serve as Denver site lead
Engage in matters of national and international importance, analyzing and assessing defense policy, threats, doctrine, and operations concepts
Apply advanced visualization tools, threat models, and command and control models to simulate operations and perform mission effectiveness analysis
Provide quantitative and rational decision-making support using logic, scientific disciplines, and techniques such as mathematics, statistics, and engineering methods
Oversee subordinate employee management, including recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions
Scope of WorkThe Senior Manager will oversee analysis and assessment work for various missions, including:
Military, intelligence, civil, and commercial end-users and customers
Anti-surface warfare, missile defense, space control, global awareness, and strategic overwatch
Global weather, wildfire management, space exploration, mobile connectivity, and resource monitoring
The system-of-systems analysis will include space and missile systems, satellites, satellite constellations, missiles, missile launchers, operations centers, and other LM business area systems
The work will involve analyzing and assessing current and emerging missions, threats, environments, scenarios, campaigns, operations, architectures, intelligence problems, orders of battle, capabilities, supply chains, and other factors in terms of mission value, cost, schedule, risk, and performance.
AccountabilitiesThe Senior Manager will be responsible and accountable for ensuring the readiness of talent, infrastructure, environments, and data necessary to perform the work.
Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in relevant field
Operations Analysis experience
5+ years management experience
Experience in strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving
Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance
Desired Skills:Active TS/SCI security clearance
SAP cleared
20+ years experience
Experience with STK, GCM, MDTK, ModelCenter, Forecast Simulator, AFSIM, and other MS&A tools.
Business Development Experience, which could include Capture management
Cross Business Area experience
Good interpersonal and team skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Executive leadership presence
Proven track record of success in managing teams, projects, and budgets

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $157,800 - $278,185. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
