Who we're looking for:
Toyota Financial Services’ Information Security Department is seeking a passionate and highly motivatedGlobal Information Security Analystto join our dynamic team. In this impactful role, you will be at the heart of driving global information security initiatives by managing critical service delivery dashboards, budgets, and communications that keep our worldwide teams aligned and informed. Reporting to the Global Information Security Manager, you will play a key role in safeguarding Toyota’s global information assets while enabling seamless collaboration across international teams.
What you'll be doing:
Imagine a typical day where your insights and leadership help shape the security posture of a global enterprise. Success means delivering accurate, actionable information that empowers leadership and teams worldwide to make informed decisions and maintain smooth operations.
Own and maintain the global service delivery portfolio dashboard, ensuring data accuracy and insightful reporting that drives leadership decisions.
Serve as the essential liaison between international teams, clarifying service delivery processes, managing Statements of Work (SOWs), and supporting smooth global operations.
Advise leadership by identifying risks and highlighting key accomplishments to influence strategic decisions.
Manage and update global pricing models and budgets, aligning financial plans with service delivery goals.
Design and oversee the Information Security global site, creating a centralized hub for resources and communications.
Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency across global service delivery functions.
Lead the development and distribution of global communications related to information security training and service delivery.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including technology, legal, compliance, and international affiliates to support multiple concurrent projects.
What you bring:
We’re looking for someone who brings a strong foundation and proven success in managing complex information security projects on a global scale:
2+ years of relevant experience in information security project management or service delivery within a global or complex environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Experience working with global teams and navigating cultural diversity to build consensus and influence decision-making.
Proficiency in managing budgets, pricing models, and service delivery documentation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex security concepts into clear, impactful messages for diverse audiences.

Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree, or certifications such as CISSP, PMP, or Agile Methodology that deepen your expertise and project leadership skills.
Experience designing and managing digital platforms or dashboards for global service delivery.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including managing contingent or contract resources.
Strong background in business planning, resource allocation, and fiscal management.
Experience influencing senior management and collaborating across legal, compliance, and technology teams globally.
Knowledge of security and regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOX, and NIST.
