Our Transport Solutions NA business has a Commercial Financial Analyst role that will provide pricing analysis, business planning, forecasting, and reporting support for the Thermo King business in NA. This role requires productive working relationships with all levels of the organization.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a solid understanding of business fundamentals, has strong financial analysis skills and can effectively coordinate and consolidate business results from multiple information sources. Significant data management competencies and a high level of communication are critical to this role.

Where is the work:
This position has been designated as a hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.
What you will do:
- Revenue recognition responsibility and in-depth variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and company financial policies as it relates to revenue recognition and incentive programs.
- Study market and business trends to help guide Product Growth Team (PGT) investment decisions
- Provide financial analysis to assist PGTs in the evaluation of projects and investments
- Forecast spend in foreign currencies to support Hedge positions
- Perform monthly price realization and mix analysis, including bring key insights to impacted parties.
- Prepare PGT Scorecard
- Support Finance team to prepare and deliver performance tracking reports with appropriate countermeasures as required.
- Innovate to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of key processes and reporting (e.g. MOR, SIOP, Price realization).
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent required
- Master degree preferred and/or CPA, CMA
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance, accounting or related field , strong Financial Analysis skills
- Demonstrated ability to establish & implement processes and perform in a fast-paced environment, while also to building a positive rapport and attitude with personnel throughout the worldwide organization
- Preferably strong Excel, Tableau, Dataiku, PowerPoint, Oracle and Onestream skills and experience.
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $84,400-111,600
