Job Description
At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
This role will be based in New York, Chicago, Mountain View or San Francisco.
LinkedIn is looking for a strategic sales leader to head our Global Small Business & Acquisition (GSA) organization in the NAMER region for LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions business. This role will have third line leader responsibilities with 5 Director level direct reports, 25+ frontline managers, and roughly 200 individual contributors across 5 US based office locations. The acquisition portion spans SMB to Enterprise, and the customer portion is SMB focused. Combined, this person will oversee $300m+ in revenue.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Sales Development, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to deliver customer value at scale. This is a high-impact leadership position, playing a key role in accelerating growth, and contributing to LinkedIn’s broader mission of creating economic opportunity globally.
This role reports into the Global VP, GSA who is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
The Opportunity:
As the leader of NAMER GSA, you’ll help shape and execute our strategy to win in acquisition and SMB. You’ll focus on scaling a data-driven, customer-focused business by building a high-impact team, championing innovation, and ensuring exceptional performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the NAMER GSA organization within LinkedIn Talent Solutions, managing a $300M+ book of business.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for growth by applying analytical rigor, business acumen, and deep market insight.
- Translate global strategy into local impact by aligning LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions vision with NAMER market dynamics.
- Inspire, coach, and scale a high-performing leadership team across the region, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and innovation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Sales Development to drive end-to-end customer acquisition and retention, while delivering an awesome end-to-end experience.
- Set clear, measurable sales priorities and drive performance through strategic planning, execution, and operational discipline.
- Provide accurate, data-driven forecasts and insights to senior leadership.
- Champion new solutions tailored to small businesses, including AI-driven tools to streamline hiring, onboarding, and workforce development.
- Maintain rigorous oversight of team performance and pipeline health to drive operational excellence and ensure consistent, high-impact execution against revenue goals.
- Be a visible leader across the GSA org, driving engagement and embodying LinkedIn’s values of transformation, compassion, and integrity.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 12+ years of sales leadership, ideally across multiple SaaS industries.
- 5+ years managing managers and building high-performing teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Third line leader demonstrated tenure
- Proven ability to consistently exceed revenue goals and lead through change.
- Deep knowledge of the SMB market, preferably in a fast-moving tech or software environment.
- Strong familiarity with subscription-based business models and sales methodologies.
- Exceptional client relationship skills and experience influencing C-level stakeholders.
- Track record of building inclusive, high-performance cultures.
- Strong data fluency—able to turn insight into strategy, opportunity, and execution.
- Strategic thinker with operational excellence and a passion for delivering results.
- Skilled communicator with the ability to lead through inspiration, humility, and clear direction.
- Able to create a sense of urgency and drive forward with a sense of humility.
- Have a balanced strategic and operational mindset with the skills to set strategy, see the future and guide the organization.
- Growth mindset, natural curiosity, and the agility to adapt quickly in evolving markets.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $363,000 to $554,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
