In this role, you will be the person who keeps the ADP Reporting & Marketplace teams & leadership operating at their very best. Working alongside leadership, you will help organize events, gather important information, manage programs and serve leadership’s day-to-day needs. Whether it's organizing workshops, conducting analysis, or auditing a process - you'll do whatever it takes to keep the team moving.
No two days are the same. You will work alongside a team of passionate, creative managers and engineers to brainstorm and plan our most strategic initiatives, communicating with the team, partners or across other functions to facilitate product development. While every day is fast-moving and unpredictable, one thing is sure: people skills, computer skills and organizational skills are necessary for every aspect of this job.
To thrive in this role, you must be familiar with software development and have prior experience working with busy senior leaders in that type of environment. Ideally, you've worked in a large enterprise and served several teams and leaders at once. Our best project managers show initiative, try new things and learn from their mistakes along the way. PMP certification is not required, however you must be comfortable dealing with complex tasks such as scheduling, project management, data gathering and analysis. Here's What You Can Expect On a Typical Day
- Communications. You're the point of contact for key initiatives. You'll collect and share information across our team. You will also coordinate with external partners and internal teams when needed. You will help leadership with communications regarding events, projects, presentations, milestones, & metrics.
- Organization. As a cross-team project manager, you are very organized, and you keep everyone on task. You will help the teams achieve their goals by helping them with team-wide programs, projects and meetings. You will help increase the productivity of leadership with administration of schedules, travel and expenses.
- Objective execution. Track organizational objectives and provide influence to achieve them on time and budget, for such tasks as software license management, learning and education, and tool adoption.
- Variety of tasks. There is no typical day. You could plan an important meeting, deliver a status update to executives, or help ensure we are complying with corporate guidelines and standards. You will manage many competing priorities, so a fast pace should not scare you. You pride yourself on having flexibility and agility and can change directions without a second thought.
- Servant Leadership. Your job is to help everyone be the best they can be. You will anticipate the needs of leadership, take action and prepare for what’s coming.
- Experience. You have 5-8 years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.

- You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.
- Be onsite at Alpharetta GA Office 3 days per week
- You are proficient in Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint
