What does a successful Product Enablement Specialist at Fiserv do?
You will serve as a technical and strategic liaison to business consultants (BCs) with a focus on fostering success for new hires. In this role, you will be the go-to expert on our Clover product – Conducting technical demos for our sales teams and potential referral partners, addressing in-depth product questions, providing solutioning support, and delivering product communications.
What you will do:
- Conduct engaging, solutions-oriented technical demos that highlight key functionality and customer benefits for our New Hire BCs.
- Serve as the go-to expert for answering technical and product-related questions for New Hire BCs.
- Host weekly touchpoints with New Hire BCs to provide product training
- Collaborate with our Partnerships team to showcase the value of Clover’s solutions to prospective partners and associations to sign more referral agreements.
- Manage Product Newsletters for BCs to stay up to date on latest Clover product updates.
- Provide input into Product Strategy for New Hire and Continuing Educaton training programs.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (Business Management, Marketing, HR, Education).
- 5 years of experience/knowledge in financial/merchant service sales process, tools, systems & products.
- 2 years of experience in Learning & Development or in similar business-function role such as Sales or Support.
What would be great to have:
- Experience as SharePoint administrator
- Formal facilitation certifications by accredited vendors
- Sofware sales and/or product management experience
- Experience working with the Clover solution
How you will work:
This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
