What you will do:
Coordinate project activities, track progress, and ensure tasks are completed according to schedule and quality standards.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to guide project execution and meet objectives efficiently.
Communicate project updates, risks, and changes effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
Identify and manage potential project risks, adapting plans as needed to maintain project success.
Collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and external partners to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.
What you will need to have:
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
1-3 years of previous project management and/or relevant consulting experience
Utilization of Project Management tools such as MS Project, Visio, and Power Point
Flexibility to work after hours/on-call/weekends as needed basis
Ability to travel up to 25% within the United States
What would be great to have:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience in banking, financial services, and/or software industries
Experience within a Professional Services department
Experience with agile project management methodologies.
