What does a great Product Manager, Fraud do at Fiserv?
The Product Manager, Fraud will hold responsibility for driving market requirements for Fiserv’s Merchant Security and Fraud team and to be the SME interface to clients, sales, and operational teams to identify business requirements, partnerships, and to consult based on subject matter expertise in a dynamically changing fraud ecosystem. This position requires daily interaction with cross functional internal teams and clients to identify and lead product strategy and development, partnering with technical teams to identify and build features and functionality that stored value market needs and ultimately increase revenue and client satisfaction.
What you will do:
- Be responsible for conception through end-of-life ownership for a specific product (Fraud Mitigation), product group or product line including product management, product development and business development.
- Manage, track and report product performance throughout its lifecycle including product strategy, product planning and issue prioritization.
- Drive product development and improvements including road map and statement of direction development.
- Lead peers and dotted line relationships through the project lifecycle to deliver development efforts.
- Maintain awareness and understanding of customer and market needs.
- Develop business cases to support new product recommendations.
- Manage the product development lifecycle from concept, design, testing, and production deployment, and product commercialization.
- Act as a primary negotiator between internal departments and clients to resolve problem statements and uses cases.
- Provide relevant product information and expertise to support sales effort.
- Assist with the education and merchant closed loop programs and stored value features and functionality.
What you need to have:
- 4+ years of experience leading product management efforts, with the ability to articulate your product management lifecycle clearly
- 4+ years of experience the payments risk/fraud space
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence large, diverse groups through data driven facts and decisions
- Experience with Microsoft Office product suite, Adobe suite, and Product Management tools (i.e.Figma)
- Able to leverage GenAI tools (i.e. Copilot)
- Ability to communicate clearly across senior leaders, external clients and partners and internal stakeholders
