THE WORK
We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee the production of circuit card assemblies, with a primary focus on managing our five (5) surface mount (SMT) pick and place flow lines. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic thinking skills to optimize throughput, improve efficiency, and ensure high-quality products. As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will lead a team of non-exempt production staff (20+), provide guidance and direction, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals. The Candidate will also lead/facilitate a Performance Management team (PMT).
Your responsibilities will include:
• Daily supervision of a team, including planning and assigning work
• Ensuring teammates are adequately trained and prepared for work
• Tracking and documenting attendance and performance metrics
•Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
•Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
•Develop and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to Lockheed Martin's safety standards and protocols
•Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with circuit card assembly production and SMT technology
-Minimum of 3 years of prior direct first line leadership or manufacturing work center lead experience with responsibilities of giving direction to manufacturing personnel
-Demonstrated understanding of business metrics to drive performance (cost, quality)
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environments with minimal supervision is required
Desired Skills:
-Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
-Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
-Familiarity with industry regulations, such as IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001
-5+ years working in circuit card manufacturing environment
-Experience with any of the following software: SOLUMINA, DELMIA APRISO, SAP
-Certification in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or a related field

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
