Description: You will be an IT&E Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) Team Lead at Lockheed Martin, responsible for managing the test and integration of advanced HWIL subsystems for the ASAP program. Our team is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions, and you will play a key role in overseeing the development and integration of real-time, closed-loop systems to characterize system performance.
What You Will Be Doing
As an IT&E HWIL Team Lead, you will be responsible for:
• Overseeing subcontractors, integration and test of complex HWIL simulation subsystems, and supporting customer HWIL facilities
• Overseeing system analyses in support of HWIL, modeling and simulation, and flight test activities
• Managing Cost Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities
• Serving as a liaison and Point of Contact (POC) for USG HWIL counterparts
• Supporting planning and conducting pre-flight data reviews
• Traveling to customer locations to support HWIL capability integration for the USG

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. An Interim Secret Clearance is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience related to HWIL
- Experience integration HW and SW in an HWIL environment
- Experience in Team Leadership and Cost Account Management (CAM)
- Experience in Subcontractor Supplier Management
- Interim Secret clearance required to start
Desired Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Master’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
- Experience integrating and testing IR and RF Sensors
- Experience using RF Test Equipment including Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, and Oscilloscopes
- Experience with Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) process including working through System Requirements Review (SRR), Preliminary Design Review (PDR), and Critical Design Review (CDR)
- Experience integrating real-time models into a closed-loop simulation
- Experience simulating Datalink, GPS and Firing Module Simulators

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
