Description: You will be a Financial Analyst supporting the M270 Program in Grand Prairie, TX, playing a key role in integrating financial information from multiple systems to drive business decisions. Our team provides timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external customers.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Financial Analyst, you will provide financial support to assigned programs, preparing weekly manpower reports, monthly and quarterly financial reports, and analyzing sales forecasts. You will perform detailed financial analysis, including earned value analysis, variance analysis, and risk identification.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) for programs
• Preparing and analyzing monthly performance reports to inform business decisions
• Establishing and managing program management baselines
• Performing earned value analysis, variance analysis, and identifying risks and opportunities
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Program Management, Control Account Managers, and FP&A

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
• Working knowledge of Earned Value Management
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
• High energy with a positive attitude and desire to learn
• Excellent organization skills and ability to handle multiple projects with aggressive deadlines

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
