Description:You will be the Financial Management Lvl 2 for the LRASM program team. Our team is responsible for supporting the Long Range Anti-Ship Missile program within the Air Dominance and Strike Weapons Line of Business.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Financial Management Lvl 2, you will be responsible for implementing effective financial controls for contracts within the LRASM Production portfolio and developing actionable recommendations for key stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up cost control systems and monitoring costs and schedules on production contracts.
- Performing analysis and preparing reports to ensure contracts meet financial commitments.
- Preparing budgets and schedules for contracts and performing financial analysis.
- Establishing and monitoring budgets, tracking costs, and conducting cost analysis.
- Identifying contract execution risk areas and providing risk mitigation recommendations.

Basic Qualifications:• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in various business disciplines: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related degree.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and prowess Excel, PowerPoint, Word will be needed for the role
• Provent effective analytical skills
• Understanding of cost control / collection / budgeting and prior cost management experience preferred.
Desired Skills:• 3 years professional work experience or a Master’s Degree and 1 years relevant experience.
• Aerospace, Space, or Defense Industry experience on a production program,
• Work style flexibility: works effectively as an individual contributor and collaboratively within the team dynamic.
• Effective communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
• Working knowledge of PBPs (Performance Based Payments)
• Ability to handle multiple and competing work priorities
• Ownership, accountability, team player attributes

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
