Overview
In this role, you will create and analyze data to aid the overall goals of large-scale data center projects by tracking the budget, forecasting financial needs, tracking compliance, and completing data analysis for members of the project team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively monitor financial health by creating, reviewing, updating, and tracking cash flow, change management items, budgets, revenue, costs, and forecasts, across multiple systems
- Gather and analyze data to forecast performance; identify trends, potential risks, and financial discrepancies and communicate regularly with stakeholders
- Capture critical data consistently and accurately in systems of record and related applications to advance enterprise data quality, usability, and reliability
- Interpret the effects of change management and their financial impacts and forecast future spend on the project
- Competent in contract terms and conditions and able to communicate and manage the impacts on the financial processes
- Produce financial deliverables for both internal and external use across multiple systemsFacilitate financial processes amongst all stakeholders through the entire financial life cycle
- Manage and provide specific project or group assistance in administration, coordination, and compliance with the requirements and programs
- Oversee monthly cost reporting cycles and assist with related deep dive reviews
- Educate and train end users while providing support and guidance as needed
- Develop an understanding of how project financials impact Enterprise financials
- Travel as required
- Other duties which may be assigned as needed
Education & Years of Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Construction Management or related fields, and 8 years’ experience, or 12 plus years’ experience in lieu of degree
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Demonstrated experience in supporting large-scale data center construction projects
- Experience with ERP/Project Management platforms in general; experience using Procore, EcoSys or Oracle highly preferred
- Understating cost and schedule development and controls
- Solid analytical ability with excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
