Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Mechanical and/or Electrical Systems Integration & Test Engineer - in Kennedy Space Center, Florida to plan and author procedures for the disassembly of the Orion Spacecraft post-flight. This individual will also provide floor support during mechanical, electrical, and thermal protection system disassembly environments. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge CAD/CAM software such as CreoParametric, CreoView, EdgeCAM, or Delmia, the ability to read, analyze and interpret various technical procedures or engineering drawings, and the ability to write reports and keep accurate documentation for related tasks. Must be a US Citizen; this position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree program in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college or university
- Experience with CAD/CAM software such as CreoParametric, CreoView, EdgeCAM, Delmia or related
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret various technical procedures and reports. Ability to write reports and keep accurate documentation or related tasks
- Experience with Microsoft Office software suite, Excel in particular.
- Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Desired Skills:- Good verbal and written communication including technical writing
- Experience with Apriso, VE-CAMS, EPDM, and SAP software
- Experience with Aerospace assembly or disassembly operations
- Demonstrated knowledge of non-conformance handling and disposition
- Comfortable coordinating with technician personnel in a shop floor environment
- Ability to work off schedule assignments as required
- Familiarization with flight hardware tools and ground support equipment (GSE)
- Ability to multi-task, be thorough and detail oriented, with job closure and problem-solving skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
