level 2 Manufacturing Support Team Member to join our mission. As our Manufacturing Support Team Member, you will be responsible for coordinating program planning activities, ensuring effective management of production schedules, material procurement, and workflow prioritization.
Summary of Key Duties: In this role you will…• Ensure data integrity in the MRP system and effective management of material flow, inventory optimization, and production schedules
• Provide status reports to internal customers and analyzing production data to inform business decisions
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Management

Basic Qualifications:• 1+ years of professional experience within a manufacturing, production, or operations ennvironment
• Basic knowledge of Manufacturing Planning and Supply Chain Management concepts including: Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Production Planning and Control (PP&C), and/or Supply Chain Management and Procurement Principles
• Basic knowledge of supply and demand with the ability to analyze and respond to changes in customer demand, supplier lead times, and/or inventory levels to ensure optimal production planning and scheduling
• Must be a US Citizen with an Interim Secret security clearance prior to start
Desired Skills:• Bachelors degree preferred
• Acive Secret security clearance
• Production Site or Manufacturing experience
• Past experience with the Production, Planning and Control (PP&C) organization as a Scheduler, Make Planner, Buy Planner or Bill of Materials (BOM) Planner
• Basic knowledge in Inventory Control, Material Handling and Warehouse Management Systems
• Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of management, industry, peers, a represented workforce or business
• Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
• Demonstrated proficient knowledge of computer systems, databases, and programs
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to understand engineering drawings and parts lists
• Demonstrated strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills
