Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Product Support Supply Chain Manager (Manager) to join our Supply Chain Planning team in Long Beach, CA.
In this role, you will provide asset management, forecasting services, and financial support for government aftermarket programs and new business campaigns. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading forecasting and finance work scope to meet business requirements effectively & efficiently.
Position Responsibilities:
Manage forecasting and finance supply chain readiness work scope and flow to ensure quality and timely deliverables meet business requirements
Manage EAC and develop summary charts for total IPT roll-up visibility and presentations to management
Manage employee growth and development, leveraging best practices to advance team capability, technical expertise, and process efficiencies
Manage employees performing data science, simulation, and analytics
Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and set operational goals
Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of suppliers, and lead process improvements
Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports
Provide vision, oversight, and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes
Manage, develop, and motivate employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management
Ability to travel 10% of the time
1+ years of experience as a CAM (cost account manager) in EVM (earned value management)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
Experience in a role requiring strategic planning (project/program management)
5+ years of relevant work experience in Data Science and Analytics
Experience in forecast modelling & simulation
Experience with proposal development, readiness assessment and executability analysis

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $119,000.00 - $161,000.00
